New Build

I have been out of the computer hardware loop for a while. This is going to be the first computer I have built since 2005, times have changed, considering my last build in 05 was a P4 Prescott and a Geforce 6600GT lol. I have done some research, little bit of homework. It will be used for some gaming, and HD video editing. Does anybody see anything wrong, any ideas or suggestions?

Get this ram instead:

Get an i7 950 instead:

and i would suggest you get a 128gig SSD for your OS and applications then just haev your two(2) 2TB drives as storage.
