Default New build!

1100$ budget without OS, but with monitor, sound card, and mouse/keyboard.

I wasen't sure if I could go with i7 with this build?
This build is mostly for all around performance, I want a quad core.
Prefer a 22" monitor.

Can anyone suggest some things?

I appreciate it all.
Thanks.

Edit : With shipping, I'm in Florida.

Probably not if you need a monitor and all that stuff.

Do you really need a dedicated sound card? Onboard sound nowadays is pretty nice.

If you don't care about Lightscribe, grab this DVD Burner. It has a promo code for 10% off (ends today) and has free shipping, AND is SATA. The cheapest free shipping SATA burner on newegg at the moment (that's in stock).

Newegg.com - Pioneer Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 20X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 40X CD-R 32X CD-RW 2MB Cache SATA CD/DVD Burner - CD / DVD Burners

Otherwise, everything in that build is awesome. Keep in mind the combo deals probably will fizzle at the end of the month, so you may want to jump on it.
