storage seems fine, for a normal user. maybe use the extra money for 2900pro?

nah, Nosboost is buying the Video Card

actually the x1950xt was on Newegg for $100 before, but its pulled off, so I think he's buying the PNY 7900gs he saw on SLIZONE forums for $85

I was going to get your suggestion, problem is is going to push be over the budget, because I had to buy a Mic and the DVD-RW Drive

Unless you know if I can like make room in the budget, I'll get the Seasonic PSU
