New build - 1.65v DDR3 compatible with 1.5 mobo? i5 vs Phenom2?

Hey guys.

As the title says, I'm planning on my first build. So I need some advice, I'd be thankful.

Here's the complete build:
Case: HAF 922
PSU: Corsair TX750W
Motherboard: GA-MA790FXT-UD5P
CPU: Phenom II 945 BE
RAM: Corsair 2x2gb DDR3 @ 1600 MHz XMS3
GPU: XFX HD5850
HDD: 500GB Western Digital Caviar SE SATA II (will SATA "II" be compatible?)

The DDR3 memory runs at 1.65v, and the motherboard runs at 1.5v - will they be compatible with eachother?

My other question is which one of these should I be getting...

Phenom II 945 @ 3GHz on Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P DDR3
or
i5 750, 2.66GHz on Asrock P55 PRO DDR3
...if I plan to crossfire 5850s in future? And I can't afford a CPU cooler, so I can't overclock too much...

Edit: If the memory suggested above doesn't work, does this one work instead? It's 1.5v.
