I want to upgrade my mb and overclock my cpu more. I've been thinking of these two mb's. I don't want to spend more than $130. I'd like to get my cpu to at least 3.4-3.6.
Anyway, here are the two mb's:
1. Gigabyte Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

2. Asus
Newegg.com - ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

I don't game so please don't recommend a better video card. I mainly use to edit video and photos and htpc.
I'm leaning towards the Asus since my current experience with asus has been wonderful.

the DS3 is a better overclocker but you won't need to hit 500FSB or anything so the P5N-E is a good choice...however I think there is a slight problem with vdroop on those boards.

BTW you should improve your cooling as well if you plan on overclocking more

Yes the DS3 is better than the S3 it is only a tiny bit more and it has got Solid state capacitators, so it is much more durable than an s3.
