need sudgestions for upgrades, plz help guys!

no, i dont really plan to overclock. SO, i see i need a new mobo lol. Will this mean i have to get new RAM too?

thats the mobo i have. It looks like if i were to get that mobo u showd me maroon, i will need to get DDR2 ram I guess I would put my mobo, cpu, and ram on ebay lol. Use that money and the money i have saved to buy the 8800gts 320mb

couldn't he get an opteron 165, but then u can't be up to date with Phenom coming out....

ok, i have 500$ birthday coming up, so i will get the mobo and cpu from them. ill buy ram, and the 8800 gts 320mb. I just dunno what to do with my old crap lol. Prolly ebay it lol.
