Need some PC advice please..

Hi there. That's my idea for the system at the moment. Is that motherboard any good for that processor? It seems pretty decent. Another thing, is that RAM any good for overclocking the E6750 to 3.4ghz or so? If not, I'll ditch the fan which would be really good because this is my budget stretched to the extreme and that's with no HDD yet..

Thats a lot of money for a 8800gt.
I would get some Crucial Ballistix since their cheap after rebate and will overclock good.
I don't know about the mobo.
If you want to overclock get a Tuniq Tower or if the budget is tight get a artic freezer 7.

Keep in mind that this is NZD.

That ram is $82 for both 1gb sticks too by the way.
