Default Need some Input

Hello everyone. I am looking at buying a computer and need some help deciding if this one is a good choice for a low budget gaming pc( http:// )
It has a lower end graphics card that I plan to replace with a Asus GTX660 ti. Will there be any compatibility issues or will everything fit together fine?

Link doesn't work, but I managed to find it by the info given.

If you already have that 660ti, there isn't a reason to spend 600 bucks on a pre-built. You can get better for the money. On that note, have you already purchased the 660ti? Another thing that I'll have to mention is, it'll need a new PSU right off the bat. Instead of wasting money on 2 items you don't need (GPU and PSU that come with it) it makes more sense to just build your own.
