Need Review of Components

I am building a desktop(this is my first time) and I would like to know how well it can run these games, how hot it will be, and how loud will it be. The games(min 30 fps, hopefully 60 fps) I will be running/recording is Skyrim with graphics mods on ultra, Simcity 5 on max graphics, BF4 high-max settings. I have a monitor and will be getting another one later(that is why I have that GPU). Also, how well is the cooling and will there be any bottle necking from the CPU?. Any and all suggestions are welcome, just keep it under a budget of $800(I am only 13 y/o and I am a umpire so I can only work during spring and fall) including keyboard, mouse, and headset. Drop the board to an ASRock B85, the Bitfenix to something cheaper in the 30 dollar range, and up the video card to an R9 280x to do what you want to do. You can also drop the cooler too as the stock cooling solution is fine. The CPU will be fine for a few years to come and will not bottleneck for that period of time.

This is also a better PSU.
