Need a replacement for GTX285

I just got a calll from the store I returned my GTX285 to and they said that since they can't replace it within 30days they are going to give me a full refund (NZ$830, now sells for lesss than NZ$500!). So I need to replace it and can't decide what to do, should I get something like the 5870, or should I get something like the 5770 and wait till fermi comes out? How long till fermi is released?

There's no telling when Fermi will get released...last I heard it was March but there hasn't been any hint of that recently. Might want to just grab 5870 or go with a cheaper ATi or nVidia card to hold you over until Fermi releases, but again there's no telling when that will happen.
