Default Need a PSU under $70 for a 7950GT!

Hello I need help finding a PSU under $70 that will run a 7950GT perfectly.

I was reading the Video card system Requirements and it says it has to have a PCI Express cord and a 12v @ 18 amps! This is the min requirements too. I just dont know what would be a good PSU. can anyone help me out plz

Other componets of the computer:

AMD 3200+
80 GB HDD
2 GB Memory
(Soon to be a 22" Widescreen LCD)

after rebates? no cant be more as my Credit card does have a limit and anymore would over throw it. Plus Wouldnt a 600w be a little much?
