Question Need Price Check on System

I have the opportunity to buy this used Dell system.

Dell Dimension 4550.
2.53 GHz Pentium 4 CPU,
2 hard drives, one 140GB, other is 60GB,
IEE 1394(for digital camera and camcorder, video chat ect.),
6 usb 2.0,
ethernet,
56k fax modem,
cd-rw, and dvd-rw,
64 mb nvidia geforce video card,
17" dell flat screen monitor,
2 speakers and 1 subwoofer.
aprox 1 year left on warranty.

I've been asked to make an offer. What would be good offer on this system? I only want to use it for games, and I have NO clue how much some of this stuff is worth. I also have no clue if this is in the right forum. So, for anyone who offers help, I say THANK YOU!!

I have an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro that I can put in it, so no worries

I offered him $325, so I'll have to wait and see what the verdict is. Thanks guys!
