Need a new computer

It cost about $319 on newegg.com Is the Samsung better? Or perhaps I should buy a Dell.

Now as far as the powersupply I really only wanted one. But all the cases I see come with power supplies so would I have to buy a case with powersupply and buy another powersupply to replace it? Looking on newegg for a case that comes with antec truepower supply now.

I think I am getting in overmyhead but I am willing to try building I just want to make sure I get all the right stuff.

get a caset hat DOESNT come with a PSU, why waste the extra dough? then get a truepower, here lemme c if i can find one......
why not just get the THermaltake Tsunami? its amazing, 3 fans, alot of room for upgrades, and no it doesnt come with a PSU, then get the Truepower 2 550wat.
