Newegg.com - FSP Group SAGA+ 450R ATX12V 450W Power Supply 100 - 240 V NEMKO, TUV, CSA, IEC, UL, CE - Retail
or if i go modular, i was wondering if this is a good one?

Newegg.com - HIS Hightech H260XTF256DDN-R Radeon HD 2600XT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail

That video card would play WoW easily and is only $55 after MIR. If someone doesn't play games at all then intergrated or pretty much any video card would be fine.

Ya but, this is the same guy who took his 5 year old computer to geeksquad because it cost like 4000 bucks when he bought it. So i plan to build him something that will last at least a couple years. I figure the 3870 should hold him for a while.
