Need a motherboard, any ideas?

Hello all, looking to spend $150 or less US.

Have this CPU and Ram on hand.

Any ideas on something good that is compatible?

I was looking at this but I see a bunch of bad reviews.

If you want SLI there are no boards worth considering unless you find a 2nd Hand 750i FTW or 680i A1

You could get one of those 750i's but I don't recommend because of the chance of getting a video corruption bug

Other ones to consider are: DFI LanParty DK P35, EP35-DS3R, Biostar TPower P45, Asus P5Q (Pro)

I preferred SLI just in case I decided to go that route in a year or so but I'm open to suggestions. Could step up the price a bit if it was really worth it.

See the problem with the P6N is that it uses the 650i Chipset which blows with overclocking Quads, but if you can afford to get a 750i FTW for $170, or the 780i FTW when it comes out

i get the p45 chipset, best ocing. but for sli i get the 750i ftw

The MSI P7N platinum is around $150 and they are the best SLI board for how much your willing to spend.

The Asus P5Q is 129.99 and is a great buy.
