Need mobo upgrade recommendations

Need help upgrading Motherboard (Socket 939)

My current emachines mobo doesnt support dual-core.
I have and Opty 165.

I need a mobo that will support it and that is good for basic oc. I'll probably oc to 2.2, 2.4 max.

My range is below 100 dollars.

Ill also be buying
Artic Cooling Freezer Pro 64 CPU Cooler For AMD K8
that was suggested.

I do have an emachines t6420 so i need to make sure this will all fit in my case.

Im planning to make a purchase today so i get it before the end of the week.

You should be able to use a dual core with a BIOS upgrade.

There are not many 939 boards left on retailer sites (that are really good).

i did update bios it didnt work. I called up best buy and even asked them...since thats where i got my pc from and they said the mobo wont support dual core, or opterons.

Which one should i get from these two, considering my budget. Anything thats better than the one i have have is good enough for me:

I need to make sure all these mobos will support my opteron 165and fit in my emachines t6420 case.

So the motherboard ill get and let me know if its worth getting the fan now or stick with the one i got from opteron 165
