What's the build going to be used for? If it's just gaming, then you're unlikely to need more than 4GB. Just get a 2x2GB set for now; you can upgrade the RAM in a couple years time if the need arises. However if you're going to be doing heavy photo-editing or CAD, then 8GB is a good idea

If you're planning on overclocking, I believe getting the faster RAM helps, in which case get the 1600MHz. If you're not going to overclock, get the 1333MHz.
