need help wiring to motherboard

i am replacing the motherboard in a compaq presario 5102 with a ECS Elitegroup P4M800-M7.
the panel connector on the board has 9 pins for: hard drive LED +/-, power LED +/-, reset switch +/-, power switch +/-, and reserved.
the cable from the front panel was connected to the old board as follows: yel and blk cables to pins marked SP LED, red and wht to IDE LED, blu and org to RPW SW, and a single green to PWR LED.
what goes where?

anybody got an idea?
i really don't know what to do with the single green wire. i hooked up the others and when i press the power button the power supply comes on and a LED comes on but i don't think the cpu is on. monitor doesn't respond
