Just need some advice.. What parts would you change and what would you keep?

Change the motherboard to either DFI lanparty Ultra-D Or MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum....go with the G.SKILL Ram and defiantly the x2 4400+ unless since you picked out good ram already you can get a Opteron 165/170 and OC it. Dual core is essintial in buying a high end PC at this point in time.

i would get the 3800+ and save a couple hundred for the Conroe... the 4400+ isnt that much better, just more L2 cache, which i am told will only increase performance by ~10%. It's still dual core, but waaaay less expensive
