Need help picking an Intel Motherboard!

Hello Im ordering a Q6600 and I need a good overclocking Motherboard for it. I want to try to get it to 3.5-3.6 but also I dont want to spend a LOT on the motherboard to do so. I was thinking of an ASUS Maximus Formula bit Newegg is all sold out other then open boxed ones...idk if an open box motherboard is good or not but its only 189.99 as a posed to 247 so i might get that.

Any comments to open box motherboards or have any suggestions on a cheaper motherboard that can accomplish my goals?

Also I dont care about SLI or crossfire only have 1 8800GT

you don't know what it'll come with. It could be missing the backplate or some wires.
