NEED HELP With New PC

I dont think i will overclock the cpu i just want to know which one is better in components, chipset and performance overall between GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R, GIGABYTE GA-P35-DQ6, ASUS P5K-E WIFI and ASUS P5K Deluxe.

anyways... p5k deluxe is freaking awesome overclocker... do they have overclockers as good as it without the unnecessary wifi feature thats still a P5K?

If you don't really have plans to overclock, which you should with a Core 2 Duo, then just get a cheap motherboard....because those motherboards you listed are like overclocking motherboards. A Gigabyte P35-DS3L or S3L will do fine.
