Need help - need an expert to see where my bottle neck is

This is my rig, top rig 2 years back when I built her. Just bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 it runs like a slug on 1680*1050 on medium graphics settling. Want to know if it is worth up grading just the video card. BTW my cpu is oc to 3.2 Ghz. What video card would you recommend?????

It's around $150~ and performs like a GTX 260, so it's a great card for the money.

It should up your FPS.
I don't know if it will be smooth on ultra high settings or something though, as I've heard BC2 runs like crap on most systems.

A video card would be your best upgrade. Your CPU @ 3.2 ghz is plenty for most video games now.
