Default Need help deciding between 2 Mobo's

I want to build a nice system strong but low...very low cost. Ive just started and looking at some motherboards. Im having some trouble deciding between:

The M2R costs more than the m2n but im trying to figure out which would be cheeper in the end. As I'd need to decide on a video card and processor can someone help me here. Ive looked at some reviews but nothing building wise to help. Please any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Haven't checked the M2R32-MVP, but the M2N-E seems a fairly good motherboard. If I were on my comp I'd check the specs and compare them. Some other time maybe.
