aight so i'm on a tight budget right now

and I'm buying cheap parts to make a cheap lanparty rig

I have a LOT of questions and really really need help T_T

1. AMD x3 720 BE or x4 955 BE

sigh the heka 720 BE costs 108 dollar right now and
deneb x4 955 BE costs 160 bux

which is better value/price?

2. Should I wait for the new Nvidia's 400 series to come out?
will the new 400 series decrease the price of ATIs 5700 and 5800 series
or would the new 400s will be too enthusiast oriented and not affect the price?

SHOULD I WAIT OR SHOULD I JUST BUY RIGHT NOW! >_<
(thinking of buying a 4770 right now and changing it into 5850 or 5870 next year)

3. GOOD LANPARTY CASE??????
I'm pondering between these two

Langear's new Da Box 100 Lan Gear Inc.: Leading SFF case designs
or Thermaltake's Lanbox lite

I would like for sure buy the lan gear hands down if the price was lower
Langears Da box 100 = $200 including shipping
Thermaltake Lanbox Lite = around $100 bux

so which one sounds better?

4. IS THERE A NEW mATX BOARD WITH CROSSFIRE COMING OUT with 790fx ?????

currently theres only ONE freaking mATX AMD board that supports crossfire which is
DFI lanparty jr
and the pci - e 16x slots for this only supports 8 LANE!! because its 790gx!!!

omg are there any other crossfire/amd/mATX boards that support 16x 16x? 790fx?

5. Is 4gb ram DDR3 worth it?

about 70 bux difference between 2gb and 4gb DDR3 ram - worth it for gaming?

Performance/value
Go with the X3 720.
You have a chance to unlock the core + for gaming they're the same practically.

If I were you, I'd wait for the Nvidia 400 series and hope to God it causes an ATI price drop.
In which case I'd probably buy a 5770. (That's what I personally would do.)

Case wise, I recommend the Panzer box for lan box cases.

NZXT Panzer is a beast for cooling and space.

Newegg is sold out right now, but Amazon, Directron, ZipZoomFly, and several other online retailers have it.

Also, x8 x8 crossfire or x16 x8 is not bad.
Don't knock it.
Do you even know about bandwidth usage and PCI-E scaling?

For gaming, you won't see a major difference in most games?
But there are newer modern games that would benefit from the extra RAM, I think?
( Hardware intensive RTS games mostly )
So if you'll be playing shooters, don't worry about getting 4Gb.
