what is overclocking?

another problem is that right now my build is coming out to be $150 and thats excluding a HD and Optical Drive and speakers...so is there any way that we can sub some stuff for more cost efficient stuff so i can get the other stuff too....

i think you should stick with the q6600, but if you have to drop a few costs get an e2200

yea money is starting to be a problem so its either between getting

Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail

OR

Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E2200 Allendale 2.2GHz 1MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail

But is there any big difference??? aside from the price....Which one would do me good to play games on?

Cases are personal taste, but I believe the Coolermaster Centurion 534 is around that price (its what I'm using for my next build)

get the e2200 (because of its overclocking abilities)
