Default Need help bad

I bought the sentey gs-6050 case and I am wanting to build it myself but i dont know what to buy. I really don't play anything but world of warcraft and Starcraft but I might want to get into other games. I have no clue what parts will work with each other. I want to keep it air cooled. I want to play WoW and Starcraft on the highest settings. Budget really isn't an issue but I still want to keep it cheap if possible. Maybe be able to play rift on a good setting to or some other MMO's. if y'all could give a a list of parts that work good together and got my description of what I want to do that would be awesome. I don't even know where to begin. So let me know what all to buy and what all I need and I will go from there. Thanks

youll have to at least make up a number for a budget. cheap and budget might mean 400 for one person and 2000 for another.

Do a search of computer builds using the search tab near the top. There are PLENTY of builds out there that will fit any type of budget, preference, and need.

PP Mguire I like yours a lot. I think it's the one I'm going with. Thank you very much.

If you still have cash to spare I'd suggest replacing the CPU in Mguire's build with this one : Intel Core i5-3330 Ivy Bridge 3.0GHz (3.2GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2500 BX80637i53330 - Newegg.com
Also regardless of cash ( since this is almost same price ) change ram to this one, the ram mguire picked has high timings : CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B - Newegg.com
Or this ( same one but different color ) : CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R - Newegg.com
Or another smaller low profile one : CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop Memory Model CML8GX3M2A1600C9 - Newegg.com

Adding 60-80 bucks replacing RAM and CPU won't give him any cash for shipping costs. Those XMS kits will run 9's at 1.65v easy.
