need help !!!!!!

I finally got my build finished. One problem though im using an old hard drive and when it tries to boot its coming up start windows normally as well as the usual safe mode etc.... How can i format the drive now or get it to boot from cd as i have it set to ???

To boot from CD, change the boot order in the BIOS, to CD first.

Thanks for the quick reply. Have it booting from cd but it tries to start the O.S on the hard drive

Strange... Are you sure that you saved the settings in the BIOS, and not just quit without saving?

My windows disc was scratched so i made a copy incase it gave up on me and used the copy and it wouldn't boot so tried the original and away she went
