What benefits are there with the Ultra-D over the normal DFI Infinity nForce4 other than the faster SATA?

meaning a normal infinity wouldn't be able to achieve the same CPU clock speeds as a Lanparty?

Due to BIOS options or actual hardware capabilities?

The motherboard's capability usually isn't what is debated when it comes to overclocking. It's all about the BIOS. And the DFI LanParty motherboards have the most superior BIOS for overclocking, with tons of options.

the lanparty not only has more overclocking options but it has better voltage controllers on the motherboard and is in general more stable.
