Default Need comments on new build

So I've decided I'm gonna go for a straight out new build. My budget is between $1K-$1.1K. My only must have here is the Blu-ray player, which I'd like to use to watch HD movies on my shiny new 1080P monitor. Main uses are movie watching and gaming (WoW, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, COD4).

Mobo/GPU: EVGA nForce 780i SLI Motherboard with Video Card Bundle - NVDIA nForce 780i, Socket 775, PCI-Express 2.0, SLI Ready, with EVGA GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Video Card at TigerDirect.com

CPU: Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

Ram: Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Hard Drive: Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

PSU: Newegg.com - PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI NVIDIA SLI Certified (Dual 8800 GTX and below) CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

Cooling: Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

Blu-ray: Newegg.com - LITE-ON Black 4X Blu-ray DVD-ROM 12X DVD-ROM 32X CD-ROM SATA Internal 4X Blu-ray DVD ROM Model DH-4O1S-08 - Blu-Ray Drives

Case: Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP Black SECC/ ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

Total (tax + shipping) = Almost $1,100

The tax and shipping on Newegg is killer for me ($70), but I couldn't find many of the parts I need on Tiger Direct.

Anyway, what do you guys think? Are there any compatibility issues here?

edit: Should I switch out the Q6600 for an E8500 that I can heavily overclock? Both are same price and have stellar reviews, so I'm unsure of which to get.

i would advice (xD) the following
750w way too much overkill, this will do
Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies
screw 780i, get a I45 if you wanna spend alot of cash or a TP45 (also bioster - cheaper but v good)
spend the bit extra u get from these and get this cooler, best you can get atm
Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120mm "Core Contact Freezer" CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks
