Need comments on future build

Hi, I planning to build a gaming rig and i need advise and comments. Bare in mind i am in germany, so all parts are more expensive and i am in tight budget.


Specs:

AMD 64 3200+
K8N diamond plus / Asus A8N32 Deluxe (still choosing, pls advise)
2 x 1 GB Geil PC3200
Asus EN7600GT SIlent ( it works better in active cooler?)
Aeroengine II case
DVDR-W drive and combo drive
17" TFT
Logitech Z-2300 speakers
200GB 7200RPM 16MB HD



I am not planning to OC it - do u think components will work well ??

I'd go for the Asus mobo of the two, MSI and DFI are really good though.
everyone pretty much uses corsair value select if you want non-oc'ing ram
have you picked a power supply? 3D accel?

what are u going to be using it for?

For midrange gaming, not heavy

i will go for Corsair ram as you said
for PSU, i think i iwill go for 550 W Raptoxx -- in europe this brand is good


For Mobo. those two price are pretty close , so i still in conflict choosing one - i not plannig to OC it

If you can, I'd try to get a little bit more powerful CPU; maybe a 3500+/3700+? I would go with the Asus motherboard, personally.
