Default Need Capture Card advice

It has been a long time since I last posted on here. I'm in need of advice as to which TV Capture Card to get. I will mainly record Football games and TV shows with it. I'm looking to get one with the Coaxial and composite ports. Here is one im considering
Plextor PX-TV402U-NA

or the
Hauppauge

so if anyone can comment on either one of those or suggest some others that would be great. I would prefer not to go too far above 100 because this will probably be my birthday present and they (the parents) wont want to get somethin for that much.
thanks in advance

Hauppauge - You need Windows Media Center for the software on this one.

If you get the MCE edition (Windows media center edition).

Just get the normal one.
