Default Need a 939 mATX mobo

I'm building a new computer since I messed up my last one. I need a socket939 w/on-board video, NVIDIA chipset. I'm thinking about this one:

Any opinions/suggestions?

Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop
AMD Athlon Mobile TK-55 Dual Core 1.8 GHz
2GB DDR2 Memory
Windows XP Home Edition

I would go with the MSI K8NGM2-FID.
