I wouldn't buy a p45 board until they have come out full force. new chipsets tend to have some bugs the first few months

nVidia's are coming out either today (aka Monday) or sometime this week

i thought that the 4870 and 4850 were cuming out but the 4870x2 will be sum time afterwards.
also i was wondering how good are the p45 chipsets for overclocking compared to a p3 x48 and x38?
