Default my upgrades

well i finally got some upgrades! now my system is:
amd 2.6 X2 cpu
antec 900 case
asus m2r32-mvp mobo
2gb geil ram
300gb cuda sata hd
x1050 ati vga
cooler master 500 watt extreme ps

now that i have a good setup i would like to try and overclock. my mobo is supposed to be very easy to overclock but those settings are greek to me!
i always used clockgen in the past! can anyone direct me to a article like
"overclocking for dummies" or some thing? i need to understand the settings
before i change them... i don't want to blindly change things and damage
all the stuff i just bought. thanks in advance for any direction!
