My sister wants to play Maplestory..

FML, my sister wants a Maplestory build and my mom said I HAVE to build it for her, as a Birthday present. My sister plays Maplestory quite frequently, along with other normal computer tasks and she only needs about 250GB of hard-drive space. Sooo...to the budget. I need everything except for peripherals(mouse and keyboard). Cheap-o speakers are acceptable! Thanks for the help guys-Sam. PS:Mom wants lowest budget possible whilst giving "Maplestory acceptable" performance

I had a cheapo Dell with onboard graphics (P2 1.00ghz) and it was able to run maple Story. Sure it lagged, but it was still capable of the task.
