Well Ive managed to squeeze out 3.255GHz out of this E6300 at stock volts. I have got my XMS2, which is rated to run 800MHz 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1v, to run at 930MHz 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8v.
This is as high as it will go without bumping up the voltage a little. The problem is that I dont know HOW to increase the vNB, vSB, vDIMM or vCORE on this motherboard. Does anyone have a clue of how to do this? I feel that I may get some really good clocks out of this RAM and the Proc if i can just bump their voltage up a bit.
Im using Akasa TIM because it was a choice between that and AS5 and I have seen a few benchies where the Akasa wins, and I also wanted the build to be unique.
Specs in sig.
Thanks.
