may i recommend the DFI nF4 ultra-D or MSI k8n NEo4-F

are you going to be OCing if not

corsair valueselect 1GB runs aruodn 90 dollars at newegg
if you are OCing
get some OCZ performance series 1GB which runs aroudn 120 dollars or some
PSu get a nice antec one
and hdd i recommend a seagate barracuda
 
I would suggest the same motherboard PZEROFGH suggested.

My question is why AGP when you can have PCI-E? Yes there is a price difference(I'm not stupid) but it isn't much. Except you get twice the performance.

I haven't used SATA HDs, so I can't recommend any for you.

There are some nice GSkills over at newegg on sale for around $100, timings are 2-3-3-6 I believe.
