Default My New Gaming Build

Hi guys i'm new to Tech Forums, i just need a little help.... I'm building a new gaming computer here's a list of the parts:

Intel Core i5 2500k LGA 1155 3.3ghz quad-core

Gigabyte GV-R677D5-1GD AMD Radeon HD 6770 1024MB GDDR5

Western Digital Caviar Blue 160GB 7,200RPM SATA

Kingwin Maximum Power 650 Watt Power Supply

Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 mATX Intel Motherboard

Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1333

Diablotek D4 Mid Tower ATX Computer Case

3x Kingwin 120 x 120mm Long Life Bearing Case Fan

Samsung 22x DVD+RW Burner with Dual Layer Support...

Im looking to max out some games like GTA IV and run pretty much most games on high/ultra.... Or should I go with an AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz BE build? Im on a budget of about $600, suggestions appreciated also, thanks

H61 doesn't allow overclocking on CPUs like the 2500k. You need P67, Z68 or Z77 boards.
The 6770 wont max any demanding game like BF3 or GTA 4. You will need something upwards of 560ti or 7850.

If you don't want to OC then you can save a few bucks by buying the standard 2500.
The 7750 still wont max GTA 4 or relative games. The minimum from AMD to do that would be the 7850 or possibly the 6870.

I'm Just going to go with a 6770 HD because it's slightly better than the 7750 HD.
