Do i have enough power to run my system? with the liquid cooling and fans an other stuff. First computer semi designing on my own just looking for advice from others

don't double post.. and Welcome to the Forums..

PSU is overkill, the Corsair 520hx is better with more Amperage on the 12v railings, Raptor X's aren't worth the price jackup and because of low DS, u put those Headphones twice (nice choice btw), that Water Cooler sucks, good ones cost like 200$, get the Ballistix instead of the XMS2, u dind't put hte DVD-RW Drive u put the VC twice, get the 8800gt instead of that Video Card

get this case
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP Black SECC/ ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
and keep the extra fans because this case can hold 7 120mm fans and 1 80mm

drop that liquid cooling, it seems your trying to save some money and its not much of an improvement (if at all) over this
Newegg.com - Tuniq Tower 120 P4 & K8 CPU Cooler - Retail
i think this is better than that current RAM and is $10 less
Newegg.com - Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
it seems your a gamer so i wouldn't recommend that processor
also you need to cut some costs so go with this mobo/cpu set up
Newegg.com - ABIT IP35 LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 Conroe 2.33GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail

i strongly recommend against the raptors, get these and still have fast loading times
2 x Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
LOL wayyy to much power bro
go with this one
Newegg.com - PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610 EPS12V EPS12V 610W Continuous @ 40°C Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, cUL, CE, CB, TUV - Retail

Headset : i don't get sound specifications AT ALL but i <3 these there so comfy and many other ppl will confirm
Newegg.com - iCEMAT Black Siberia 3.5mm/ 6.3mm Connector Circumaural Headset

also that graphics card is outdated and overpriced, this will outperform it though it is currently out of stock
Newegg.com - XFX PVT88PYDF4 GeForce 8800GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
it comes with a fun game as well

edit: lol vernon way to get to the point, short and sweet
tho i don't think ppl know really what you mean when you say "ballistix" and "DS" (**** i dont even know what that means)

omg.. i criticized his build so much i forgot the CPU and board.... nice speed there Invisible..

PC power and cooling 610, decent wter cooling costs 600 dollars for good parts.

Do you have to build now or can you wait for peryn/yorksfield?

If not

Q6600

TT120 Extreme

P5K Deluxe

Crucial Ballistix for like 50~60 bucks.

8800GT

Cooler MAster 690

and to think i can't move my legs after basketball tryouts haha
forgot dvd drive
this is a nice one
Newegg.com - LG Electronics Black 18X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 10X DVD+R DL 18X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA 18X DVD±R DVD Burner with 12X DVD-RAM Write - OEM

um he's trying to save money, an extra $200 for q6600 and p5k and TT120 is unnecessary imo

definatly not, the tuniq tower will enable you to overclock your processor to 3.3 ghz+
and more fans does not mean necessarily better
the 690 plus 3 extra fans should be plenty
tho i would add a $2 80mm to take a couple degrees off the northbridge

well.. no.. a Thermalright Ultra 120 is really great.. plus Thermaltake isn't something I'd trust with Watercooling.. (DS means Disk Space maybe its time to drop the abbreviation) but I highly recommend u switch ur board and CPU to an Intel q6600 and a abit ip350e or if ur an AMD Fanboy.. get the 5000+ Black Edition because it consumes less power and runs cooler..
