No, this is an ATX Form factor, just that he has extra slot for the PSU in the bottom instead of in the top, because this case is pre-designed for phase and water cooling, its a genius case.

I love new toys. Just got my 2 vf900's in the mail and it took 4 days!!! Newegg was slipping on this order. In fact, the package was shipped and on a truck for almost 2 days before I even got the email invoice.
