The Leadtek is faster and cheaper after MIR

If I were you, I would get Leadtek 8800GTS

I think I'm gonna go with these parts
Motherboard: Newegg.com - MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
Processor: Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 Conroe 2.13GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail
Memory: Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
Video card: Newegg.com - Leadtek PX8800 GTS TDH 320MB Extreme GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card - Retail

And I already bought this case at another website Newegg.com - Eagle Tech ET-CAV2-SL Silver 1.0mm Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 500W Power Supply - Retail. The 500W PSU that came with the case, is it good enough to support everything or do I need a better PSU also?

Don't use PSUs included with cases. They aren't reliable. I would suggest:
Newegg.com - Rosewill RP550V2-D-SL 550W SLI Ready-ATX 12V V2.01 Power Supply 115/230 V CSA,UL,TUV - Retail

Which motherboard is best around $100 other than Newegg.com - MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail, it doesn't need to be a SLI mobo.

That is a great motherboard for the price. Or you get the Gigabyte 965P-DS3 (rev 1.3). It's about $100.
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 1.3) LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
