My gaming rig gets BSOD

Alright so my gaming rig, that has been working for about 8 months, now gets a BSOD.
So I was on Windows 7, then went to Ubuntu, and now, just as I bought Shogun 2, went back to Windows 7 and BSOD

It is a 1a BSOD, which I believe is a memory error, I am running memtest86+ and just wanted you guys opinion on the matter.

never mind it, my video card was the problem, i reinstalled the drivers and that did it
