My budget is $2200-$2700 but closer to $2200 would obviously be nice. Again, I don;t know allot about this stuff so any suggestions to change any piece are appreciated and welcome. Thanks in advance, Max.

Nice looking setup there! I'm not sure the E6700 is quite necessary though. With that motherboard and ram, you could OC an E6300 to those speeds like cake and save $300+!!!

Awsome! Thanks for the advice. As for overclocking, i'm going to have to figure out how to do that. Yes, i'm aware of it and what it does...I just don't know how to do it.

lol. Understandable. We all start somewhere. Just ask around and someone will surely take you under their wing with you system. It is Intel though, a company I've never had to deal with lol....

go with the e6600. the extra 2mb cache might come in handy with that video card since its known to be pretty cpu intensive. as for the build, very nice for your first time! im impressed! r u new to computers or just building ur first?

Hey max if ya want ill show ya how to overclock at school. But dont you guys think he should get some faster ram if he want to overclock?

Well i'm kind of just a typical gamer, never realy took the time to underrstand the inards of a computer but I do find it extremely interesting. And thankyou :D

Thanks Scott, I'll see you tommorow at school then.
