Yeah, you'll probably want a 22" or 24" widescreen. Most likely a 24" with 1920x1080 resolution would be good to put your card to good use.

It looks like the motherboard you posted is only compatible with up to DDR2 Memory. Will that be a problem, or something I'd have to upgrade for later?

No, DDR2 memory is fine, and dirt cheap right now. DDR3 wont really be worth bothering with until nehalem and x58 boards are out and about.
