Smile MY FIRST PC, Please help

OK so Im new to PC building and have been shoping and reading for about 2 weeks and I think I finally have something that can work, please tell me if the parts are compatible, or if there is something better.

I have 4,000 dollars to spend and will use all of it.

I already bought my intel core 2 duo 6700

MOBO---ASUS P5W DH DELUXE CONROE 975X

CPU--Intel core 2 duo e6700

MEMORY--CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Unbuffered DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit System Memory

GRAPHICS -- Radeon® X1900 CrossFire™ Edition 512MB PCI Express 600 and Radeon® X1900 XTX 512MB PCI Express®

H. DRIVES -- WESTERN DIGITAL RAPTOR X 150G WD1500AHFD SATA 10000RPM 16MB HARD DRIVE (times two)

I also need a recomendation for a good sound system and case and cooling system

BTW I will be overclocking and this PC is for ultimate GAMING

If you want and I qoute "Utilmate gamming" then go AMD not intel.
And since you have a 4K budget I sugest having the raptors in RAID 0 and having this Drive
as storage.

I also suggest this Moniter
.
And I suggest this Power supply for a 4K build.

For sound:

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Platinum ($102 with rebate):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102163

Logitech Z-5500 505 Watts 5.1 ($264):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16836121120

Also, about the motherboard you have picked out, it won't work with a Lian-Li case with an inverted motherboard design.

Here you can read a review of a similar motherboard with a Lian-Li case (scroll down to the review with the Lian-Li case):

Actually, the Audigy2 ZS Platinum is pretty much the same thing. Here I'll point you to a thread where I read about it (pay attention to EricB's comments, but I'll let you read it):
http://www.techist.com/showthread.ph...&highlight=XFi

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't know there were better speakers instead of the Z-5500s.
