Alright, i think i will switch to the AMD processor. You guys are right, im using it for gaming. Ill find a different mobo for the amd. As far as overclocking goes, i was considering it but wasn't for sure. For the HD, i actually thought it was the 70 gig but put up the 32. So i should switch to the raptor? I did think bout putting 2 in with RAID controller but ended up with the 10k. My budget is 2100$. I appreciate all the help, keep it coming, help me build my comp, lol.

Get that motherboard if you overclock.

For the Processor get either an X2 3800 or opteron 165.

The raptor drives are 10k, so you should get one of those so you dont have to deal with the SCSI one.

I hope you plan on overclocking because you can reach the performance of a $1000 cpu with that opteron 165. If you do you should be doing lots of research. This is the best overclocking guide I have found:

This one looks really good havent read it yet:

Yet another question. I want to be %110 sure that the processor will keep cool when overclocked. Im thinking of buying this fan&heatsink for it, but im not sure if it's compatible with the opteron 165. Anyone know?

It will be compatable with your CPU/mobo.

Wouldn't you be better off getting an LCD that has a quicker response time than 12ms?
