Can't say I agree with the PSU or motherboard. You can get much better bang for your buck. Think about the DFI Ultra-D motherboard.

What was attractive about the MSI Diamond was its SLI X16 support. Instead of x8 single card and x8/x8 double card, it gets x16 single and x16/x16 double. Is that not a huge preformance difference? If its not im all for saving a few bucks.
EDIE:: That and its heat pipe
And what about the PSU?

Would still like some input, especually on my motherboard choice, ram, psu, and second hd.
Alternate PSU:

That is a better name brand, has a better color, and has a blue fan to match the rest of my fans. What do you think of that one?

I just got through using the NZXT Lexa for my new build and I'm glad I did. It was easy to work with, had no problem hiding wires, and has great stock cooling. Also to note, it looks gorgeous. Your build looks great, but the only thing I'd suggest is getting an Opteron equilivent of that CPU for overclocking.
