I plan i OC'ing could i get to 2.93Ghz even though i never OC'ed in my life easly or maby 3.0Ghz

The mobo support DDR2- 800 so It will be downscalled. You could overclock it but not worth it. Just get some very good ddr2-800 ram and overclock that. Then you need a h/f. get a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106061 and that should let you overclock to what yoyu want.

i think i get the one u advised and btw what is a really good brand of RAM for OC'ing and do u think i can overclock to 3Ghz

for overclockign i think yuo woul dbe better off with g skills, or crucial ballistix

i second the corsair xms.
g skill and ballistix also good, but i have more experience with corsair, never had ANY problem ocing.
