My ata133 drives only show up as ata33

Well I figured it out. It was one of those user mistakes that was so stupid nobody would of ever guessed. My cables and board don't have the same color cordination so with out even thinking I put the cables in wrong. I had the master in the system board and the system board in the master hdd.
You would think that I would of figured this out a long time ago since I've had my computer opened up about 1000 times.

Now I'm getting sustained speeds of 57 and burst speeds of 87 in the device manager speed test.
