With the use of MX-1 thermal paste, will it harden and force me to ripoff the HSF anytime i need to remove and then involve all the scraping off of the cpu?

think they say in the AS5 instructions that the liquid will never harden and can be removed by using alcohol

No, MX-1 doesn't harden. Liquid Metal does.
